How to enter the SuperSlim R10 000 Cash Weight Loss Challenge:

You need to send two separate emails to: R10000@superslim.co.za to enter the challenge.

The first email is your entry email and must contain:

Your name,
Contact details,
Physical address,
Name of your SuperSlim agent,
a Photograph or two of you as you are (320x240 pixels),
Your current weight,
Your goal weight,
a Short paragraph on why you are not satisfied with your current weight


Your second email must contain a photograph of yourself as you are 30 days after your first email, your current weight and a short paragraph or two in your own words

Conditions:
SuperSlim area agents are going to read through all the entries and choose those 10 that can go through to the 2nd round, those 10 will all win smaller consolation product prizes

The votes of the area agents will be final and the winner of the R10 000 cash prize will be decided by a simple majority vote.

The competition opens on the 1st of June 2010 and we will then start accepting entries, the competition will close for entries on the 31st of October 2010 and you will have until Tuesday 30 November 2010 to submit your second emails.

The prize will be awarded and paid out on the 8th of December 2010 in time for some extra Christmas cheer.

SuperSlim may also decide to award additional and individual cash prizes between R1000 and R5000 to deserving entries.

Additional terms and conditions upon receipt of your entry will be supplied.
